Gladiator GearChest

The Gladiator® GearChest is an excellent upgrade from your current tool storage system. Instead of fumbling to find small items, it makes socket sets and screws easy to find. Larger hand tools like hammers and mallets are always within easy reach in the deep drawers. The GearChest is also extremely versatile and can be used as either a single unit or stacked on a Premier Modular GearDrawer, giving you the power to decide the best way to organize your tools.

• Rated Weight Capacity: 300 lbs per Chest 
   
  Rated load up to 300 lbs per chest, based on lab test of 1,200 lbs per chest. Half-width drawers rated to 35 lbs; full-width drawers and chest till rated to 50 lbs.
• Extra Deep Chest
   
  18.5" depth provides 15% more capacity in each drawer over standard tool chests.
• Round Key Drawer Lock
   
  The drawer lock offers additional security, keeping kids and pets away from harmful and unsafe products. To provide convenience, all Gladiator® GarageWorks Products can be locked using the same key.
• Gas Struts
   
  Gas Struts allow the lid to safely remain open and slow the closing motion for smooth, easy operation.
• Divided Till with Rolled Till Edges
   
  Under the lid is a 2.75" tall Divided Till Lid which provides a front area perfect for small items such as pencils, rulers and straight edge, while the back is ideal for frequently used larger hand tools. The Rolled Till Edges reinforce the construction of the chest, by increasing the durability and strength to the lid and also provide a comfortable surface for interaction with the chest.
• Internal Locking System
  The lid on the chest acts as an interlock, requiring the lid to be open in order to open individual drawers. This is a great safety feature for moving the chest from one location to another.
• Rubber Feet 
  Rubber feet grip the surface where the chest is placed to prevent it from sliding.
• Powdercoat Finish 
  The powdercoating process of the Hammered Granite and the silver Tread Plate Finish electrostatically bonds and bakes the protective coating to the bare metal, forming an effective barrier against corrosion.
• Tread Plate Drawers 
  The Tread Plate pattern matches the family look of other Gladiator® GarageWorks Products.
