Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original packaging and new condition with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information and packaging material. Please call customer service at 1-877-453-5077 to request a Return Authorization number. Upon Return Authorization approval, GarageAppeal.com will provide the customer with the appropriate shipping instructions and return address. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Refunds will be re-applied to original Credit Card and will equal the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs to the original delivery location and 20% restocking fee. Return shipments must be paid by customer and shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance. Please select a reliable Freight carrier that will provide a tracking number, shipping insurance and proper packaging as GarageAppeal.com will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. All returns will be inspected by our warehouse staff to determine if the return meets our stated criteria. Refunds will not be issued if there are missing parts, packaging or product cannot be resold as new. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collect.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to determine if your product has shipped. If the product has shipped, the item may be returned according to our Return Policy (shipping costs to/from delivery location and applicable retocking fees apply). If the order has not shipped, we can cancel the order for a full refund. A product is considered shipped once it has been loaded onto a truck for shipment (regardless of whether or not a tracking number has been provided). Our warehouse cannot unload a trailer to retrieve an individual order among other customer orders for the purpose of cancelling an item. Distribution centers can take up to 48 hours upon notice to confirm cancellation of an order.
