The TOPDON ONE Plus expands shop capabilities with built-in ECU programming for compatible BMW and VAG vehicles, ECU coding for 10+ brands, and J2534 pass-thru support for use with compatible OEM software on a Windows PC. Its high-speed Wi-Fi VCI provides fast vehicle communication, while support for CAN-FD, DoIP, and modern security gateways helps technicians service newer vehicle platforms. The ONE Plus kit also includes a TopScan Master Bluetooth diagnostic tool and BTMobile ProS battery and electrical system tester for additional diagnostic flexibility.

For compatible BMW and VAG vehicles, the tool supports ECU programming across four core systems: ECM, TCM, SRS, and ABS. Supported operations include blank ECU programming, software updates, ECU data recovery, ECU data backup, and other module-related procedures.

ECU coding is a separate capability from ECU programming. The ONE Plus supports ECU coding for 10+ brands, allowing technicians to perform supported component matching, activate or deactivate vehicle functions, configure compatible replacement modules, and make supported vehicle customizations.

J2534 Pass-Thru Programming

The included ONE Plus VCI can also function as a J2534 pass-thru device when connected to compatible OEM diagnostic software running on a Windows PC. TOPDON currently specifies J2534 support for 14 vehicle brands, allowing professional repair shops to use applicable manufacturer software for supported OEM diagnostics and module reprogramming.

Important: J2534 pass-thru programming is separate from the ONE Plus tablet's built-in ECU programming capabilities. Compatible OEM software, subscriptions, programming files, and manufacturer credentials are purchased separately and may be required depending on the vehicle and procedure. DoIP system diagnostics are not supported when the ONE Plus VCI is being used with OEM software.
